Day 14, feeling great but worried

It's day 14 for me on the virtual cleanse. For week 2 I mostly have eaten the same things on week one, but i did add more juices, soups and liquids to my diet. I am feeling and looking great, so here is my concern: how to eat after this cleanse? I am fearful of going back to my old ways and bloating up all over again. I'd like to incorporate some of the recipes in the cleanse into my weekly diet, but I know what I've done in the past: fallen back on trader joe's pizzas, prepackaged salads, and fast food on the run for lunch.

If anyone has any ideas/inspiration on how to take what i've learned into the future, i'd love some support!

I hear you!! I've been worrying a little today as well. My pants finally fit again after 5 months of not fitting and that feels SO good. I didn't want to go buy new pants:)

One of my roommates made brownies today and I wavered from simply enjoying the smell to thoughts of really wanting one. I started to think how easy it will be to revert back to eating too much crap.

I really hope that Darshana will give us some advice on Wednesday's call, as I need it too:)
