Today will be Day 11 for me on the virtual cleanse, I am sticking with Track One. Overall I feel great, I have energy, my mood swings are gone, and I feel much lighter. It is challenging for me to eat mostly liquids/juices and soups instead of solid foods. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are very demanding for me with my work schedule, and I need fuel to keep me going, or I wilt.
Also, there's something that scares me about a liquid diet. Maybe it harkens back to my dangerous dieting days as a teenager. I definitely notice some fear coming up when I read about the other tracks and the last few days of Track One, week 2. I have stayed away from most grains and dairy this week, sticking to salads and smoothies.
After today I will have more time to slow down and listen to my body.

I have been staying on track one too, I did the master cleanse a while back and it kinda messed me up. I am just adding fresh vegetable juice and liver flush to the mix. What kinda smoothies do you have?
