ABOUT ME: What's your story?
After 11 years working in the nonprofit arts, I've recently changed careers. I am a massage therapist and budding yoga teacher. I love it, but am still wondering how I'll be able to make it all work. I've had a lifelong challenge with food and emotional eating since childhood (always slightly overweight). I'm mostly vegan, eat mostly local and organic. But I struggle with portion control, and definitely binge eat (your cereal and popcorn stories struck a chord) to shut down feelings. I was really inspired by the workshop in March, and am looking forward to this deeper journey.
