Believe me I know it feels like you are the only one, there's shame, embarrassment, fear and a huge sense of failure at times.

Here's what I know:

Overeating and food addiction (or deprivation) happens alone.

How often have you heard this between friends at a coffee shop… “Hey want to come over and have a binge?”

 

NEVER!

Emotional eating happens behind closed doors, late at night, in the car, in the bathroom at work or when no one is looking. (ouch!)


 When I gained food freedom I realized something. I could NOT do it alone. I found a community and I kept them close by. I called on them when I needed the support, in a panic, about to eat the box of brownies. They were there for me and it helped me stay accountable and honest with myself.


I also realized I couldn’t do it only for myself.

I had to do it for all women who suffer.


Learning to be transparent, real and honest with yourself and others is one of the main ingredients in your liberation from emotional or unconscious eating.

 

It’s time to take a stand

BREAK THE CHAINS OF ISOLATION.


That is why I am offering this as a retreat. To teach you the skills in a safe and nurturing place so that you can take them home with you.


 

Together we will:


Spend an entire weekend soaking in the practice of daily yoga classes, incredible, fresh, organic whole foods meals and meditation.


Put on your apron and stir the soup yourself in our hands-on cooking class. 

Build confidence and tools in the own kitchen.


Enjoy extensive time to come down from your busy lives.


Drop the guilt.


Get real and honest on the yoga mat.


Make and eat healthy, decadent, delicious food together without the shame.


Share stories, learn practices and gain confidence in our body.


Develop the skills to talk to that voice that tells you to sit on the couch instead of jump on your yoga mat (or take a run, go to the gym or boogy down with zumba).
