I have been keeping up doing mostly running and some yoga regularly. I also tried a new exercise class called the Dailey Method. I set a PR in the Big sur half marathon last sunday too. :)

Comment by Mimi Pratt on November 24, 2011 at 11:38am I am back on track! A few days ago, I was feeling unmotivated to get back to exercising after being sick but I met or exceded all my intentions for the last 3 days. It has felt GREAT to exercise. I really see how making intentions and writing them down has really helped keep me motivated. That is a practice I will continue. My goal has been to move daily, and get back in to the automatic desire/habit of excerise. I am getting that feeling back.
Had a great workout this morning and sweat a ton! My intention for the rest of today (Thanksgiving) is to eat in moderation, be conscious and enjoy every bite!
Tomorrow- 30 min. cario drills, floor work 20 mintues, 15 min. stretching
Saturday- 35 mintues of cardio- hill climbs, stretching 20 min.
Sunday- 35 mintues of cardio- drills (sweating), 20 min. floor, 15 min. stretching
HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!
