This recipe is from THE SELF HEALING COOKBOOK

1 1/4 cups oat flakes
1/2 cup raisins or currents
3/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup leftover brown rice
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3-4 tablespoons rice or barley syrup

Lightly toast the toast by stirring in a skillet over medium heat.
Boil water and pour over oats and raisins and let sit for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl mix the salt, cinnamon, oil and rice syrup.
Add the oats and raisins and stir.
Then add the flour, brown rice and seeds.

Place on baking sheet in shape of your choice and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
