This recipe is SO easy! I just eye ball it do the measurements are intuitive. TRUST YOURSELF!

WHAT YOU NEED
miso
white wine or mirin
black cod
water

WHAT TO DO
Take about 2-3 tablespoons of miso and dilute in water till liquid.
pour a bit of wine in the marinade
place black cod in a frying pan (cast iron is best)
pour sauce over the black cod

either broil for 10 minutes, or until done
or cook on stove top until done

EAT -yum

just an FYI the miso loses medicinal properties when cooked

but tastes great!
