A workshop for women in search of balance of their hormones, cravings and emotional eating.
Eating can be complicated. Many of us have used food or use food for other reasons other than nourishment. We eat when we are emotional, to check out or out of boredom. You might find yourself cravings certain foods around ovulation or menses. Your emotional life might rise and dip as a result. Perhaps you feel ashamed and eat in secret. You are not alone.
In this informative and experiential workshop Darshana Weill will share with you the methods, foods and practices that she has lead 1000’s of women through to find the peace they want inside.
In a sensitive and caring environment we will:
* Learn what happens inside your body; the female hormonal system.
* Learn what foods trigger and what foods support your mood, hormones, energy, cravings and monthly weight changes.
* Learn yoga poses to do when you are craving unwanted foods, experiencing hormonal fluctuation, feeling stressed and highly emotional.
* Explore how meditation and pranayama can guide you to listen more deeply to the messages your body is giving you and in return feel more comfortable in the body we have!
* Deepen your understanding of how relationships, career, stress, and confidence all play into the mix.
You will leave the workshop with a new sense of self and how to related to your inner life with simple yet profound daily practices.
"I feel freedom around food that I didn't think possible. I've lost weight, cleared up my Candida, and gained energy and self-confidence."
