This retreat is designed for families to simply be together, practice yoga and meditation, and to share the challenges and opportunities that are unique to the conditions of family life.
*for children 1–6 yrs; special exceptions will be considered
*retreat is open to folks who do not have children, yet simply enjoy being around them
